Lisense commentary

This work in source format is a program (software) which when run produces the book in a variety of human-readable formats. While the text of the license from unlicense.org only refers to software, the intention is that not only the code but also the entirety of the book's text in all the output formats is dedicated to public domain.

Some of the example scripts from contributors to the book have retained copyright, respect their corresponding licenses.
